�� Your Role
  • Provide first-level IT support to staff
  • Assist with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Support system configuration and basic network tasks
  • Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Escalate issues when needed and follow up on resolutions

  • Background or studies in IT / Computer Science (or related field)
  • Solid basic knowledge of hardware and operating systems
