Job Summary
Administrative Support (Part-Time – Legal & Compliance) will provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance teams, ensuring efficient handling of documentation, tracking and coordination tasks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
- Assist with document organisation, filing and record-keeping
- Maintain trackers (KYC status, file progress, screening logs)
- Support preparation of reports and summaries
Document Handling
- Upload and organise documents in shared systems
- Ensure files are properly labelled and stored
Coordination
- Assist with follow-ups (internal and external)
- Support scheduling and basic coordination tasks
General Support
- Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to Legal and Compliance teams
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Minimum Requirements
- University student or recent graduate (law, finance or related field preferred)
- Part-time (flexible hours)
- Suitable for student or junior profile
Required Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using Excel and document management systems
- Reliable and proactive
