Safety & Health Officer

Azure Outsourcing Services is seeking to recruit a dynamic Part-Time Safety and Health Officer who will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety & health culture, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

JOB DUTIES

• Ensure compliance with local occupational safety and health regulations and standards
• Conduct regular workplace inspections , risk assessments and audit
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measures
• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports with recommendations
• Organize and conduct safety training, drills, and awareness programs
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
• Advise management on safety improvements and legal compliance
• Liaise with regulatory authorities when required
• Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices

 PROFILE

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Proven 2- 3 working experience in a similar role either part-time or full-time
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
