DistriPC Ltd (Elytis) - a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for an IT Retail Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and managing the company's product distribution network to retail partners.

 

DistriPC Ltd (Elytis)  - a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for an IT Retail Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and managing the company's product distribution network to retail partners. This role focuses on achieving sales targets by building strong relationships with retailers, ensuring product availability, and executing promotional strategies within the assigned territory.

 

Main Duties:

 

  • Retail Account Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and prospective retail clients, including store owners, buyers, and managers.
  • Sales & Distribution Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and product distribution targets.
  • Order Fulfillment: Secure product orders, monitor retailer stock levels, and coordinate with the internal Logistics/Supply Chain team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment.
  • Promotional Execution: Implement and manage in-store merchandising, displays, and promotional campaigns (POP/POS materials) to maximize product visibility and drive sell-through, ensuring high Promotional Compliance.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform and adjust local sales strategies.
  • Training: Conduct product knowledge sessions and training for retail staff to enhance their ability to sell the company's products effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills & Competencies Required:

 

  • Higher Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, preferably within a distribution environment.
  • Previous Retail Hardware Experience: Direct experience working with or selling to major retail hardware chains.
  • Full Driving License: A valid and clean driver's license, as the role will require frequent travel to meet with retail partners.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate effectively, and close deals. You should have a solid understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to account management.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail partners and vendors.
  • Market Knowledge: A keen understanding of the retail hardware industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and distribution channels.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to grow brand presence and market share.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts, promotions, and tasks efficiently
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present to both internal and external stakeholders, and provide clear, concise reports
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to solving challenges that arise with accounts, inventory, or promotions.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity in using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
