• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams for accurate estimations.

• Monitor market rates, supplier prices, and industry trends to maintain competitive pricing.

• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier quotations.

• Assist in project risk assessment and value engineering.

• Maintain a database of historical costs and estimation records.
