Organize and manage the Beachcomber Boutique section in accordance with management directives, hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Main Responsibilites :
- Organize and manage the Beachcomber Boutique section in accordance with management directives, hotel policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Supervise daily Boutique operations to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding customer service.
- Lead, train and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive and welcoming Boutique environment through effective stock rotation and visual merchandising.
- Provide regular updates to Head Office regarding Boutique activities and performance.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure proper stock control and minimize discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and financial reports.
- Foster positive employee relations and promote a strong team spirit.
Qualifications and profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS office)
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and strong brand representation skills.
