One of our client is looking an Administrative Coordinator with experience in telemarketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Telemarketing & Lead Generation: Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments.
- Office Administration: Handling general admin tasks, managing calendars/schedules, and coordinating front-desk reception.
- Customer Communication: Managing incoming calls, email inquiries and CRM tools to track interactions.
- Sales Support: Preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
Qualifications and Experience:
- School Certificate.
Minimum 1 year experience in Administrative and Telemarketing role.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
