Our client is looking for a Marketing and Sustainability Executive.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing: 

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote bakery and pastry products, equipment, and food items. Conduct market research to identify new trends, market opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company's brand image. Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of marketing materials such as brochures, product descriptions, and promotional content. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce engaging content.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with necessary marketing tools and support. Develop promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events such as trade shows, product launches, and workshops.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and promote products.

Sustainability:

  • Sustainability Strategy: Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals. Identify opportunities to improve sustainability practices across the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to product distribution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry bodies, to promote and enhance sustainability initiatives. Work with the procurement team to source sustainable materials and ingredients.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Develop and maintain sustainability reports, documenting the company's progress and achievements.
  • Sustainability Programs: Lead and coordinate sustainability programs and initiatives within the company. Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and their importance.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest sustainability trends and innovations in the food industry.
  • Implement new sustainable practices and technologies to enhance the company's environmental performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food industry.
  • Experience in sustainability management and environmental compliance a plus 

Skills:

-      Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

-      Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations.

-      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-      Ability to analyze data and market trends.

-      Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

-      Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
