Beach & Pool Attendant

We are looking for a dedicated Beach & Pool Attendant to join our prestigious resort for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guest safety, hospitality, and delivering exceptional experiences in a vibrant beachfront environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests at the swimming pools and beach areas

• Enforce resort rules and safety regulations

• Provide first aid and respond promptly to emergencies

• Assist guests with pool and beach services, including towels, loungers, and umbrellas

• Support aquatic activities such as swimming lessons, water fitness, and games

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of poolside and beach facilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive guest service at all times

Requirements:

• Certification in lifeguard training (BNSSA, NPLQ, or equivalent)

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• Strong sense of responsibility, vigilance, and professionalism

• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus

• Positive attitude, proactive, and team-oriented

• Experience in hospitality or resort settings is an advantage
