Delivery, Merchandising & Order Officer

To support our growing retail and B2B network, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Delivery, Merchandising & Order Officer.

To support our growing retail and B2B network, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Delivery, Merchandising & Order Officer.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Delivery Operations

Prepare and load daily orders accurately

Deliver products (coffee, accessories, equipment) across the island

Ensure delivery notes are signed and returned properly

Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and basic checks

2.⁠ ⁠Merchandising & Retail Support

Ensure products are properly displayed in supermarkets and retail outlets

Check stock levels and rotate stock (FIFO method)

Set up promotional displays and POS materials

Ensure pricing labels are correct and visible

3.⁠ ⁠Order Taking & Sales Support

Monitor stock levels at client locations

Proactively take new orders during visits

Suggest appropriate quantities based on consumption

Report client needs or opportunities to the sales team

Coordinate with office team for order processing

4.⁠ ⁠Client Relationship

Maintain professional and courteous relationships with store managers and clients

Report competitor activity and market feedback

Ensure high service standards at all times

Profile Required

Valid driving licence (mandatory)

Previous experience in delivery, merchandising, or sales support is an advantage

Organized, punctual, and disciplined

Physically fit (regular lifting of cartons)

Good communication skills

Trustworthy and responsible

Comfortable using mobile tools (for order entry, possibly via Notion or internal system)
