Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cosmetic sales is highly preferred. But even if you do not have experience, we would be happy to meet you!
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of beauty trends, skincare, and makeup application techniques.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
- Personality: Sales-driven, persuasive, patient, and outgoing.
- Ensure that the store always achieves a high standards of visual merchandising
- Demonstrates learning agility and adaptability to changing needs and demands
- Actively report on day to day operations and customer feedback
- Demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
- Good communication skills in French & English
- Excellent people skills
- A team player with a charismatic personality
