We’re looking for a Senior ERP Consultant / Implementer who is tech-savvy, client-focused, and hands-on—someone who listens, understands business needs, thinks critically, and delivers practical ERP solutions from discovery through go-live.

 

Job Summary

We are hiring a senior profile with at least 3 years of experience in ERP consulting, business

process analysis, implementation, configuration, and training. You will work closely with clients

and alongside our existing internal team to design, implement, and optimize ERP systems that

improve end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Consulting: Lead requirement gathering, run workshops, perform

gap analysis, and translate needs into ERP solutions.

Implementation & Configuration (Hands-on): Configure modules, customize

workflows, support integrations, and ensure the system is aligned with business

processes.

Solution Delivery & Go-Live Support: Manage UAT support, cutover planning, go-live

readiness, and post go-live stabilization.

User Training & Change Enablement: Develop training content, deliver training

sessions, and coach key users/super users.

Collaboration & Documentation: Work in tandem with our internal technical and

functional teams, maintain documentation (BRD, process flows, SOPs, test scripts), and

ensure delivery milestones are met.

Requirements

3+ years of ERP experience (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP Next, etc.)

Strong functional knowledge of at least one domain: Finance, Supply Chain,

Procurement, HR, CRM

Proven experience in business process mapping, ERP troubleshooting, and

implementation best practices

Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with internal stakeholders

Knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and reporting is a plus (not mandatory)

Key Skills

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation

Solid project execution skills (planning, coordination, delivery tracking)

Ability to train users and document processes clearly

Continuous learner mindset: ability to adapt and evolve with changing requirements

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)

ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ERP Next.)

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
