JOB OVERVIEW:

This role focuses on monitoring environmental performance, driving initiatives to reduce carbon footprint, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards across the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate goals across all clusters (such as circular waste management, carbon footprint reduction).

• Collect, monitor and analyse environmental and social performance data (waste, emissions, DEI …).

• Contribute in designing materials and organising awareness campaigns to enhance sustainability culture within the Group for various stakeholders.

• Compile reports and presentations to communicate findings to various stakeholders within the group.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability, and propose innovative solutions to enhance sustainability performance.

• Monitor legislation, regulations, and emerging standards to maintain compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in a relevant field such as environment science, sustainability or business administration. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Familiarity with sustainability principles, frameworks, regulations and best practices.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders and build partnerships.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret sustainability performance.

• Passion for environmental stewardship and a commitment to driving positive change.
