One of our client in the funeral industry is looking for a Training and Quality Control Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality check: Conduct on-site Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Punctuality and Service excellence checklist.
- Staff mentorship: Provide real-time coaching and formal training sessions.
- Operational reporting: Identify logistical issues or service gaps and report directly to the General Manager with solutions.
- Brand integrity: Ensure company procedures and protocols are followed without compromise.
- To guarantee flawless execution of service by maintaining a constant presence at the point of delivery, ensuring staff are perfectly trained, and equipment is impeccably maintained.
Requirements:
- Experience: A background hospitality, or quality assurance.
- The critical eye: Attention to detail.
- Leadership: The ability to correct and train staff with authority and empathy.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Requirements: A valid manual driver’s license is essential.
