- Coordinate candidate communication and scheduling.
- Assist in administrative and operational processes.

- Support recruitment events and front office activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in administration, recruitment or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
