We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to represent the hotel in the marketplace and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within key leisure segment, including wholesale, retail travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and leisure consortia partners
- Identify new leisure accounts (local, regional, and international source markets).
- Respond to enquiries and send accurate quotations within agreed timelines
- Conduct site inspections and represent the hotel at trade shows and sales events
- Support contract negotiations and commission structures with partners
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, REVPAR, and cost of distribution
- Collaborate on pricing strategies and revenue optimization
- Ensure up-to-date rate, promotional, and service information is shared with partners
- Analyse guest feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Support up-sell and cross-sell initiatives across departments
- Conduct sales calls (virtual and in-person) and site inspections.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales within a 4-star hotel environment
- Strong understanding of multi-segment sales (Leisure, MICE, Corporate)
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in hotel PMS, revenue systems, and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
