Corporate Administrator

BusinessConsult is an Offshore Management Company (OMC) duly licensed by the Financial Services Commission of
Mauritius. We have been successfully helping customers create and manage offshore companies and Trust since 1993.

We are seeking to recruit Corporate Administrator/Compliance Officer with 1 to 2 years experience in Management Company.

The duties and responsibilities involved are as follows:

-Handle a portfolio of GBCs, Authorised Companies, Financial Licensed Companies and Trusts.

-Attending to client requests in an efficient and timely manner.

-Carry out all secretarial and administrative works within client portfolio.

-Ensuring compliance related works are carried out on clients.

-Attending audits and inspections from authorities.

-Liaising with banks for account opening, payment processing and transaction monitoring.

-Assisting on new incorporation requests and closure of companies

-Assist MLRO and DMLRO on day to day task

-Transfer of shares

-Maintaining client records and others.

Profile:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Studies or others fields, ICSA

-Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Management Company in a Compliance role.

-Good understanding of relevant regulations on Money Laundering, countering Financial Crime

-Team player and ensure adherence to internal and company policies

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
