Profile
- HSC Holder;
- Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain will be an advantage;
- At least 6-12 months of experience in procurement or administrative roles;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Meticulous and organized;
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in Sourcing and comparing suppliers to ensure best value for goods and services;
- Assist in Processing purchase requests and issuing purchase orders;
- Assist in Maintaining accurate procurement records and supplier databases;
- Assist in Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with the raw materials warehouse and spare parts store;
- Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up on outstanding orders;
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and relevant regulations;
- Assist in preparing procurement reports;
