KRA – Sales & Client Advisory
- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively identify potential customers for wireless alarm systems.
- Conduct on-site or remote assessments of clients’ homes to understand security needs and risks.
KRA – Installation & Technical Support
- Install and commission wireless alarm systems at client premises in accordance with company standards.
- Perform system testing and ensure proper communication with the Central Monitoring Station.
KRA – Administration & Compliance
- Accurately record equipment issued and used on intervention sheets/job cards.
- Ensure proper completion of commissioning sheets and intervention forms for billing purposes.
