Sample Supervisor

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically competent Sample Department Supervisor to lead our sampling department which specializes in the production of Polo shirts, T/ Shirts, Joggers, Hoody’s and Dresses.

What you will be doing:

• Personally guide and work alongside sample operators on a day-to-day basis, ensuring correct construction, workmanship, and finishing.
• Read, understand, and accurately interpret technical instructions, tech packs, and customer specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to sample planning and deadlines.
• Train and develop sample operators to become polyvalent and multi-skilled.
• Assess product feasibility for bulk production, highlighting construction risks, efficiency issues, and cost implications.
• Communicate effectively with Product Leaders and Merchandising teams on all technical and construction-related matters.
• Ensure samples meet customer quality standards, fit requirements, and workmanship expectations before submission.

What are we looking for?

• Good literacy – Ability to read and understand Tech packs from Customers.
• At least 5 years experience in Supervision of Sample department
• Good written and verbal communication
• Above all, a very positive and make it happen attitude.
