Full Stack Software Engineer (0–3 yrs)

We’re building and scaling a modern product with a high-ownership culture and fast delivery cycles. We’re looking for engineers where speed, ownership, and sound engineering judgement matter more than years of experience.

AI focus: building customer-facing AI features (assistants, automation, intelligent workflows) — rolling out progressively as part of the product roadmap.

Work mode

On-site (Paille). After an initial on-site period, occasional remote work may be possible, based on team needs, reliability, and attitude.

• 0–3 years experience (or equivalent skill level)

• Backgrounds in React / Angular / Vue / .NET / Java / Nodejs welcome

• Curious, pragmatic, and quality-driven

• Comfortable learning new technologies quickly

• Exposure to modern dev tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, GPT-based tools) is a plus
