You will be responsible for the overall management and execution of fit-out projects on site. You will act as the key link between the office, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager (Fit-Out) to join our dynamic team and lead site operations with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Site & Project Management

• Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out projects from commencement to completion
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to management
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and consultants
• Resolve site issues proactively and efficiently

🦺 Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and site safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

📦 Materials & Reporting

• Manage materials delivery, storage, and usage on site
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists
• Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients

📊 Reporting Line

• Report to the Head of Operations
• Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Head of operations

👤 Executive Profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor in fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior works (partitioning, ceilings, MEP coordination, finishes, joinery, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Good communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Strong understanding of construction & fit-out drawings and specifications
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
• Valid driving licence
