Quality Controller / Compliance Executive

Concrete Trials & Mix Evaluation

• Assist in trial of concrete and provide report about the pros and cons of the new mix received by taking in consideration the technical and production aspect.

Incoming Inspection (Raw Materials)

• Carry out incoming inspection on new batch of all raw materials as per requirements or any other standard set.

Mould Inspection

• Carry out incoming inspection on new moulds and existing moulds to spot defects and unconformities.

In-Process & Final Inspection

• Carry out inspection at a definite frequency on all stages of the production process to ensure good quality of products are being delivered to the customers (Control of the whole process).

Non-Conformance & NCR Reporting

• Remove all non-conform finished products and raw materials that do not meet the standards and do an NCR Report.

Quality Records, Traceability & QMS

• Properly fill all related quality control sheets and keep an up-to-date record of same. Participate in the preparation and implementation of Quality Management Systems and perform any other cognate duties related to Quality as delegated by the Operations Manager or its delegate.
