HealthActiv is seeking a Human Capital Executive to support leaders and employees in daily operations. You will drive Learning & Development, strengthen team capabilities, ensure smooth HR processes, and foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee & Leader Support
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support to leaders and employees across all departments.
- Empower leaders on people-related matters (performance, attendance, conduct, engagement and well-being).
- Support employees by responding to queries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive HR service experience.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that leaders fulfil their people management responsibilities.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Lead and manage the company’s Learning & Development strategy.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans aligned with business priorities.
- Coordinate, design and deliver training programmes (internal and external), ensuring high learning impact.
- Collect, analyse, validate data and prepare monthly KPI reports to support the Training and Development function.
- Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback and introduce continuous improvements.
- Manage our LMS platforms’ training records.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, connection and well-being.
- Assist in organising events, communication campaigns and recognition programmes.
- Collect and analyse employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help cultivate a healthy, inclusive and collaborative work culture.
HR Data Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, analyse and interpret Human Capital data (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, engagement, recruitment metrics, etc.) to support decision-making.
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports for management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Use data insights to recommend improvements in processes, workforce planning, engagement and L&D.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry will constitute an advantage.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks all at once and meet tight deadlines.
- Capacity to work in a fast-moving environment and in close collaboration with all levels of employees.
- Results-oriented with excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with confidential or sensitive information and handle conflict situations demonstrating a high degree of honesty and integrity.
- Proficient in Labour legislation.
- Willingness to maintain a high standard of service levels.
- Strategic thinker and problem-solving abilities.
- Performance driven with excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
