Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating internal IT projects, including CRM systems, internal portals, third-party integrations, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data verification, and validation prior to deployment and go-live.
- Assist with maintenance of IT hardware and existing IT systems
- Assist with basic configuration and setup of applications built on .NET-based backends and AngularJS/web front-end frameworks.
- Maintain clear and structured technical and functional documentation for systems, workflows, configurations, APIs, and operational procedures.
- Assist in monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and supporting first-level troubleshooting, escalating technical matters to developers or vendors where required.
- Support data imports, exports, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Assist in coordinating deployment activities, version updates, and post-deployment checks.
- Liaise with internal users to gather feedback, log issues, and track resolution progress.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Analytical
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working with enterprise business systems and web applications.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, lookups, validation, reconciliation checks).
- Working familiarity or exposure to:
- .NET / ASP.NET applications (understanding application flow, environments, and basic configuration).
- AngularJS or similar JavaScript front-end frameworks (high-level understanding of views, controllers, and user interactions).
- Web applications and internal portals.
- Databases and data structures (high-level understanding of tables, relationships, and basic queries).
- APIs and system integrations (conceptual understanding of data exchange, request/response, and error handling).
- Ability to analyse system issues, validate data, and follow structured troubleshooting steps.
Organisational
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation discipline.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities across parallel projects.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to track issues through to closure.
Communication
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to interact professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable escalating issues, risks, or delays in a timely and structured manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in an IT support, operations, business analyst, or project coordination role is an advantage.
- Experience working in a regulated or structured environment (financial services, insurance, fintech, or similar) is a plus.
