Chef de Rang - Restaurant

We are currently recruiting a Chef de Rang to join our professional Food & Beverage Service team

What you’ll do:

• Deliver attentive and personalised service in line with brand standards
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with confidence
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the service area at all times
• Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations when needed
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and coordinate activities of waiters in outlets to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests as per Standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Form 5 SC Level / NC 4
• Previous experience as Chef de Rang
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for F&B and customer service excellence
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
