Duties will include: • Identify, understand, assess business needs, and clearly communicate to stakeholders the requirements to enable the design and implementation of the solution

 

Duties will include:

•           Identify, understand, assess business needs, and clearly communicate to stakeholders the requirements to enable the design and implementation of the solution

•           Develop and maintain business process documentations that will be used as a reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.

•           Streamline Business Processes by preparing AS IS & TO BE process flows, identify gaps and inefficiencies using Six Sigma Methodology and Lean Methodology.

•           Prepare User manuals

•           Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and User Stories

•           Design, configure and test workflows to improve operational efficiency

•           Actively participate in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments, outsourced development resources, solution providers and external consultants when appropriate

•           Assist Business Analysts to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

•           Provide business support as when required within agreed time frame.

•           Test applications/workflows prior UAT sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:

•           Holder of a Degree in Information Technology from a recognized university

•           Should have a minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar field

•           Knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology, Lean, Agile and Project Management techniques would be an advantage

•           Previous experience on BPM software/workflow and AI would also be an advantage

•           Excellent oral and written communication skills

•           Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

•           Good planning and organizational skills

•           Thoroughness and attention to detail
