The staff will be responsible for quantity surveying support in the Electrical department, including material takeoffs, cost estimation, and progress valuations, reporting to manager.
Key Responsibilities:
•Carry out site survey
•Conduct site visits for ongoing projects
•Liaise with sub-contractors, prepare subcontract agreement and progress payment as per allowable
•Prepare and follow up monthly payment applications with all relevant back up
•Follow up on variation works and pricing of same on a regular basis
•Prepare cost report and monitoring of cost for on-going contracts
•Liaise with consultant / client for final account and attend meeting
•Assist the estimating team for pricing of tenders, as and when required
Qualifications & Experience:
•Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
•Fully conversant with shop drawings and construction drawings
•Prior experience in a contracting environment, and an understanding of basic electrical installations, will be added advantages.

•Self-organised and flexible on working hours if required
