• Taking ownership of customer issues via TeamViewer and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration
• Assist client on site or by phone to resolves their software problems.
• Provide answers to client by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
