Technical Workshop Supervisor

To coordinate and supervise workshop activities to ensure efficient diagnosis, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of commercial cleaning equipment, while managing workload and supporting the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and allocate daily work to technicians based on priority and workload.
• Supervise repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ensure jobs are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and escalate complex issues when required.
• Monitor job progress, parts usage, and basic workshop productivity.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organisation of the workshop.
• Coordinate indoor and outdoor technical interventions when needed.
• Maintain simple work records, technical remarks, and reporting to management.

Profile

• Technical or vocational qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in equipment repair or maintenance, preferably with cleaning or industrial equipment.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating technicians is required (formal senior role not mandatory).
• Well-organised, practical, and able to manage people and priorities.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on and comfortable working on equipment when required.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
