Sales Representative

Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding AGW Tradings Ltd’s presence across Mauritius. The role involves field sales, client visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell company products to new and existing customers

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Visit clients, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide accurate product information and after-sales support

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Submit regular sales reports to management

• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher School Certificate (HSC)

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales (experience in the construction sector is an advantage)

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Valid driving licence is mandatory
