Earwyn Global Ltd is a fast-growing medical equipment and consumables provider in Mauritius, supplying wound care solutions and essential medical consumables to both public and private healthcare institutions.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated, ethical, and performance-driven Medical Sales Representatives, including experienced senior reps, to join our commercial team.
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and supporting Earwyn Globalβs wound care and medical consumables portfolio, building strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, and achieving territory-based sales targets across Mauritius.
Promote wound care products and medical consumables to:
Hospitals (public & private)
Clinics, doctors, nurses, pharmacies, and care facilities
Conduct product detailing, demonstrations, and basic in-service training where required
Manage an island-wide sales territory
Identify and develop new accounts while maintaining existing clients
Ensure regular follow-up, feedback collection, and post-sale support
Prepare and submit:
Daily call / visit reports
Weekly activity summaries
Monthly sales and KPI reports
Track and achieve defined KPIs, including:
Call frequency & coverage
Conversion rates
Sales value and growth
Product mix performance
Maintain accurate CRM or sales tracking records
Work closely with management on evaluations, tenders, and institutional sales opportunities
Prior experience as a Medical Sales Representative (strongly preferred)
Nursing or paramedical background is a significant advantage
Experience in:
Wound care management products
Medical consumables
Hospital / clinical environments
Strong understanding of ethical medical sales practices
Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly and professionally
Valid Mauritius driving licence
Willingness to travel island-wide
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
Comfortable with structured reporting and KPI-based performance
Existing network within hospitals, clinics, or nursing homes
Experience covering both public and private sector accounts
Strong planning and territory management skills
Multilingual communication (English & French; Creole an advantage)
Willingness to grow into senior, key-account, or regional roles
