Technicians

Courts Mammouth is recruiting Technicians to support the day to day running of operations in our various business units.

We are recruiting Technicians (HVAC/ Industrial maintenance/ ELV, Data & CCTV Systems) is tasked with ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of the store's facilities. The role is critical in providing a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff through routine checks and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• NC3 / NTC 3 or higher certification in Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical Installation, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years proven experience in HVAC installation, servicing, and repairs.
• Experience in industrial, retail, or commercial maintenance environments.
• Leadership ability with experience supervising a small technical team.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Familiar with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work at height and in varied environments.
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20 kg, stand and work for extended periods).
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and after-hours when required.
