Accounts Officer - Ensport Ltd (Decathlon)

Ensport Limited is recruiting an Accounting Officer who will be responsible to provide support to the Accounting Team. We're seeking candidate with a minimum ACCA Level 1 qualification and at least 1 year of experience in accounting

Ensport Limited is recruiting an Accounting Officer who will be responsible to provide support to the Accounting Team.

Main Duties:

• Perform daily cash & sales reconciliations
• Perform banking reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash disbursements.
• Assists in cash management.
• Assists in preparation of Purchase Orders
• Manage the full cycle of local and international supplier invoices
• Assists in preparation of payments & reconciliation of creditors
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions within the accounting software
• Provide accounting and clerical support
• Ensure timely processing of accounting entries
• Compile data, reconciliation of records and preparation of accounting reports as and when requested
• File documents, perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as may be assigned.
• Any other duties as delegated by the Finance and Admin Manager 

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum ACCA Level 1
• Good team player, hands on and strong interest in sports
• At least 1 year experience in an accounting department
• Proficiency in excel
• Good knowledge of accounting double entries
• Attention to details
• Well organised
• Experience in an Accounting Software will be an advantage
• Fluent (Spoken and written) in English and French
• Good communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with non-finance professionals)

We're seeking an Accounts Officer with a minimum ACCA Level 1 qualification and at least 1 year of experience in accounting. Join our dynamic team and showcase your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, along with your knack for double-entry accounting and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with accounting software is a plus.

The position reports to the Finance and Admin Manager of Ensport Limited

It is full-time position, 45h on a weekly basis.
