Provides a variety of high quality therapeutic services to Hotel guests according to Hotel standards and procedures; adheres to Hotel’ rules and regulations and performs ancillary duties.

• Provides a variety of high quality therapeutic services to Hotel guests according to Hotel standards and procedures; adheres to Hotel’ rules and regulations and performs ancillary duties.
• Welcomes and greets promptly and politely;
• Provides guided tour of facilities along with all necessary information about services provided;
• Sets up treatment rooms/ suites/ villas and working area and ensures necessary guests supplies, amenities and products as per Hotel standards and procedures;
• Provides treatments and related services to Hotel guests, as per treatment protocol and standards;
• Maintains an awareness of guest’s needs and wellbeing at all times and advises guest on treatment and products as per need.
