Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee technicians and subcontractors for electrical installation and solar installation projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Read & interpret wiring diagrams as applicable.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and personnel needed for solar installation projects.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors for electrical installation and solar installation projects to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain stock inventory of spares.
• Maintain constant verbal and written communication with the Technical Team and the customers.
• Ensure that all related Preventive Maintenance Contract information is updated on ERP such as, Equipment Database, servicing done on equipment, amongst others.
• Ensure that customers' requests are being handled and interventions being attended to.
• Ensure all installations and repairs are done as per the specifications.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Diploma in Electric or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Knowledge of electrical equipment and photovoltaic panels, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Good written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Holder of a valid driving licence for private car.
