Sales & Customer Care Representative

Ensure all our customers are welcome upon arrival in Mauritius -Setting up meetings with customers for in-resort assistance -Evaluate customer needs and conduct sales meeting to sell our portfolio of excursions -Ensure appropriate arrangements are being planned for departure from Mauritius

Requirements and skills:

• Proficiency in English and French. A third language will be an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Experience in Tourism industry will be an advantage
• Higher School Certificate or Diploma
• Valid driving license of private car
• Flexible working hours
• Residing in the North of Mauritius
