As Foreman you will be responsible for daily supervision, coordination and safety of a specific site. Your primary job is to ensure that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards while managing your works crew and subcontractors.
Your ResponsibilitiesÂ
1.Site Supervision & Coordination
- Daily Scheduling - Assigning tasks to workers and ensuring the right people are in the right places.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Translating technical drawings and specifications into actionable tasks for the crew.
- Workflow Management: Monitoring progress and adjusting schedules to meet project deadlines.
2.Safety & Compliance
- Safety Inspections: Ensuring all workers follow OSHA safety regulations and wear proper PPE.
- Hazard Identification: Spotting potential risks on-site and implementing corrective measures immediately.
3.QUality Control and Reporting
- Work Inspection: Verifying that standards are met.
- Admin duties
4.Resource Management: Ordering materials and ensuring equipment is maintained andoperated correctly.
