Brand Coordinator
Key / Primary Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Coordination
- Support the development and execution of brand plans for all non-alcohol brands.
- Ensure alignment between Business Unit objectives and overall marketing strategy.
- Coordinate brand activities across multiple channels to ensure consistency and relevance.
Consumer-Centric Brand Experiences
- Design and execute end-to-end brand activations, product launches, sampling initiatives, and experiential campaigns.
- Deliver memorable consumer experiences that strengthen brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality executions.
Corporate Brand Management
- Develop and execute the corporate brand strategy, including visual and verbal identity.
- Ensure consistent corporate brand representation across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Support internal communications to enhance company culture and employer branding.
Public Relations (PR)
- Coordinate PR activities including press releases, media engagement, and event support.
- Liaise with PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and positive media coverage.
- Monitor media coverage and provide insights, reports, and recommendations.
- Support crisis communication planning and protocol adherence.
Digital & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team on digital content, paid media, and social-first initiatives.
- Track and analyse digital performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Ensure digital communications align with brand positioning and corporate messaging.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales, Insights, Trade Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives.
- Gather stakeholder feedback to refine and optimise strategies.
Brand Governance & Compliance
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for both consumer and corporate brands.
- Ensure compliance across all touchpoints and regulatory requirements.
Budget Tracking & Administration
- Assist in managing marketing and PR budgets, including PO creation, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Support project documentation, timelines, and post-campaign evaluations.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (BSc Marketing / BCom Marketing or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in strategy development and execution.
- Strong budget management and cost control capabilities.
- Knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
