ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN - BEACHCOMBER CATERING

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults

• Maintain catering, production, refrigeration, and utility equipment

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards

• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts usage

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and operations team

Profile :

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electromechanical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Experience in catering, food production, industrial, or hospitality environment is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and mechanical components

• Good troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
