Beachcomber Catering is currently seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to join their Inflight & Inland Catering Unit. Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: 📧 sjeetoo@beachcomber.com
Main Responsibilities :
Supervise daily maintenance activities across catering units
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities
Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors
Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent maintenance issues
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Maintain maintenance records and reports
Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime
Profile:
Diploma or technical qualification in Maintenance / Electrical / Mechanical or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance, including supervisory experience
Experience in catering, hospitality, industrial, or aviation environment is an advantage
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Good leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work flexible hours when required
