Stock Controller

Logidis ltd is looking for a Stock Controller who will be responsible to receive deliveries, coordinate stock, document warehouse transactions, maintain records, and oversee storage of surplus inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, reconciling them with purchase orders.
• Process and distribute documentation, reporting and tracking damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by updating physical counts, receipts, adjustments, and returns in the system (WMS).
• Monitor stock levels to ensure they remain within established minimum and maximum limits.
• Manage customer inventory accounts and maintain strong ethical relationships both internally and externally.
• Oversee and document handling of damaged or dented items during reception and delivery.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Form 5 education.
• At least 1 year of experience in stock management.
• Basic numerical, accounting, and system (WMS) skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.
