The Web Content Executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day management, quality, and optimization of all brand websites.

 

The role focuses on content creation and copywriting, SEO optimization, and website upkeep, ensuring that all digital content supports brand positioning, guest engagement, traffic growth, and direct revenue generation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At the Management’s discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described:

  • To work closely with the “Digital Marketing Manager” and the “Head of E-Business & Loyalty” to ensure website design and functionality aligns with digital marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with web agencies to build functional and easy-to-use websites
  • Write, edit, and optimize website copy with a strong focus on storytelling, brand tone of voice, SEO best practices, and conversion.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Maintain all websites updated with latest content and information.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance
  • To produce and present monthly reports for all managed brands.
  • To identify, report and advise on potential opportunities or risks.
  • To stay current with latest digital trends and best practices.
  • Address user complaints
  • Monitor Online Reputation
  • Perform these and other duties required

QUALIFICATION

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2+ experience in website content management, digital marketing, or copywriting roles.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with an excellent sense of brand tone and storytelling.
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and liaising with external agencies.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and content performance.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Strong attention to detail and content quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple websites and priorities in a structured way.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
