Bookstore Sales Associate

Do you enjoy working with books and people? We’re expanding our team and seeking motivated Sales Associates for our bookstore branches. This is a great opportunity for book lovers who enjoy customer service and want to build a long-term career in retail.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with book and title enquiries
• Support customers with orders and special requests
• Operate the POS system and assist with daily sales closing reports
• Receive new book deliveries, label items, secure them with tags, and merchandise shelves attractively
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and always inviting
• Work closely with your Team Leader on daily and weekly stock replenishment
• Be flexible to support other branches when required
