Trainee in production Department

you will undergo a training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in a supervisory role. After successful completion of the training program, you will assume the position of Packing Officer and be responsible for leading a production team.

As a Trainee, you will undergo a training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in a supervisory role. Working closely with experienced production supervisors and cross-functional teams, you will learn about our manufacturing operations, quality control standards, safety regulations and process optimization.

After successful completion of the training program, you will assume the position of Packing Officer and be responsible for leading a production team.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Engage in a comprehensive training program to learn manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations;

- Support experienced supervisors in overseeing daily production operations;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure adherence to quality standards;

 - Assist in maintaining production records and reports accurately;

 - Learn inventory management practices to ensure timely availability of materials;

 - Participate in performance evaluations and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge;

Profile

 - HSC Holder;

 - A passion for a career in manufacturing operations and a strong willingness to learn;

 - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;

 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

 - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;

 - Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands;

 - Holder of a valid car driving license;
