Customer Service Representative - Membership

  • Ensure both the Direct and Agent mailboxes are consistently up to date
  • Acknowledge and respond to all membership-related queries from members and agents within the service level agreements (SLA) set by Team Leader
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on membership processes, requirements, and status updates
  • Monitor and ensure the administrative team operates within SLA for all membership administrative tasks such as updating members’ details, cover letter, tax certificates and/or travel embedded
  • Ensure that all membership applications and supporting documents comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and data protection requirements
  • Follow up with clients, agents, or internal teams for missing or non-compliant documents.
  • Immediately flag any discrepancies, risks, or compliance concerns to the Team Leader
  • Conduct daily briefings with Senior Customer and Administrative Officer on pending tasks, priorities, and operational updates
  • Promptly escalate and inform the Team Leader of any complaints or issues requiring immediate attention
  • Provide support to colleagues and act as a backup during staff absences to ensure service continuity
  • Actively participate in new projects, initiatives, and process improvement activities related to membership services
  • Perform any other cognate duties related to membership administration, compliance, and customer service as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) OR equivalent
  • Degree Holder and/or 1 year experience in insurance field will be advantageous
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools
