The incumbent will be responsible to provide key service areas including Check-In, Ticketing, Baggage Services, and Lounge Operations.

 

Job Purpose:

We are seeking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our Ground2Air Ltd team based at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (SSR). The incumbent will hold the position of Customer Service Agents across key service areas including Check-In, Ticketing, Baggage Services, and Lounge Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet passengers
  • Accept passengers for travel
  • Perform duties related to check-in, boarding, cancellation or rerouting, assistance to passengers with special needs
  • Provide relevant information to Passengers regarding aircraft schedule and delays

Job Requirements:

  • Either HSC with 2 “A” level obtained at one and same sitting or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution. OR School Certificate (SC) or GCE “O” Level, with at least 5 subjects including English and French obtained at one and same sitting or an equivalent qualification
  • Either 2 years experience in a Customer Service role in Travel/Tourism/ Hospitality or any additional qualification in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality field as acceptable to Ground 2 Air Ltd
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, professional, and service-oriented personality
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile
