We are recruiting a Technico-Commercial to manage the sales and technical support of digital printing solutions. This role combines commercial responsibility with hands-on technical intervention, including machine servicing, diagnostics, and parts replacement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Sales

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the digital printing sector

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

  • Prepare technical-commercial offers, quotations, and proposals

  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations

  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policy

  • Achieve assigned sales and margin targets

Technical Service & Support

  • Install, configure, and commission digital printing equipment

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer machines

  • Diagnose technical faults and carry out troubleshooting on-site

  • Replace mechanical, electrical, and electronic components as required

  • Ensure machines operate within manufacturer specifications

  • Provide basic operator training to customers after installation

Customer Relationship & After-Sales

  • Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for assigned clients

  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal service and logistics teams

  • Follow up on machine performance, service interventions, and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate service and sales records in the CRM system

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital printing technologies and workflows

  • Participate in manufacturer technical and sales training programs

  • Provide feedback from the field to improve service quality and product positioning

Required Profile

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related field

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a technico-commercial or technical role within the digital printing industry

  • Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing digital printing equipment

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital printing systems (hardware, software, workflows)

  • Ability to diagnose faults and replace parts (mechanical, electrical, electronic)

  • Comfortable working on-site with customers in production environments

  • Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

Commercial & Personal Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset

  • Organized, autonomous, and reliable

  • Able to balance sales activity with technical interventions
