Description:
The Analyst – Integration will play a key role in driving the company’s IT transformation, supporting critical platforms such as the Instant Payment Switch (IPS), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and core banking interfaces, while contributing to a range of impactful transformation initiatives.
Responsibility
- Support integrations and interfaces between internal and third‑party systems.
- Assist in deploying and enhancing digital and core systems.
- Support daily operations of MoPay, IPS, and ESB.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IPS interface issues.
- Implement enhancements for IPS and ESB.
- Develop workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage RPA initiatives and low‑code/no‑code workflow solutions.
- Support API integrations with core banking and external vendors.
- Assist in IT deployments across the Group’s international operations.
- Mentor team members and manage WSO2 configurations.
- Perform other related duties within the Business Unit.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Experience in implementing or managing an Instant Payment Switch (IPS) is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, JSON scripting, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, and webhooks.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience working with BOTs for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Ability to debug scripts and troubleshoot API failures.
- Ability to configure and manage Cron Jobs and schedulers.
