Outdoor Sales Representative

Are you a high-energy "hunter" who loves being out in the field rather than stuck behind a desk? We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales to drive our business growth. You will be walking into businesses, meeting clients and helping them turn their physical spaces into powerful marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Prospecting: Identify and visit potential clients (retail stores, corporate offices, construction sites, and hospitality venues) to pitch our signage services.
• Site Surveys: Visit client locations to take basic measurements, assess installation surfaces, and understand the technical requirements of a project.
• Consultative Selling: Guide clients through material choices (PVC, acrylic, vinyl, aluminium, metal, etc) and design options that fit their brand and budget.
• Project Liaison: Work closely with our in-house design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met from concept to installation.
• Relationship Management: Build a pipeline of recurring business through architects, interior designers, and property developers.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in outdoor sales (experience in signage, printing, construction, or advertising is a major plus).
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic floor plans and use a measuring tape accurately.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to spend 70-80% of your time on the road.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and site managers.
• Drive: A self-starter who is motivated by targets and uncapped commission structures.
